ARTIST PROFILE

Born in New Mexico, raised in many places, now living and creating in Texas. 

Alan is a Native American artist born and raised primarily in the American Southwest. His father is an Anglo silversmith, who grew up on the Navajo reservation. His mother is a Cherokee artist, she works with paint, clay, metals and found objects.

Alan grew up in this creative environment and has also become an artist who cannot stick to one medium. He is a silversmith, a painter, musician, cartoonist and digital artist. The thing that drives all Alan’s work is Story.

Social media has become the main way he “displays”, shares, and sells his work. He can be found on Facebook and Instagram under his name (Alan Eby) and his silversmithing under Stormdreamer Jewelry.
